Grayling fishing was world class in every river or lake we have fished. There are all kinds of fish now in the streams. You can catch four different species of fish in a pool, which we call the “small grand slam”. |

We are happy to report another Lake Trout Trophy: Ernst caught a big fish of 100 cm on a remote Lake. Pike fishing was good with fish up to 100 cm. |

We had two days with very heavy rain which made most of our rivers rise. We are blessed that we have so many different waters we can fish. If it is windy or high water we always find places to catch fish. |

This week our trips for Inconnu (Sheefish) were a success. They are also called freshwater Tarpon and they really look very similar to a saltwater Tarpon. |

This week more Lake Trout and Pike Trophies as well as the first Inconnu and King Salmon have been caught. We have seen many Bears which is also a great experience (from a save distance of course). |

Another fantastic fishing week with a total of 8 Pike Trophies and 2 Lake Trout Trophies. Martin caught a huge Lake Trout of 109 cm and Dana another big Lake Trout of 103 cm. |

Leon broke the Lodge record for Pike with a huge fish of 125 cm! His mother, 90 year old June also caught a very big Pike of 110 cm, this is quite an achievement! |
